I agree with Wade, my experience is complete chaos.
And regulation becomes harder when they go like ' Oh hai I gots a brothuh '
It's really dumb, it's obvious when they are not, and then they get other multis that they sneaked through to vouch for them conveniently.
Be careful though Darkwing, especially those with static IPs and have access to many proxy IPs.

I hate it when old crap comes up, and I come to find out I can't be trusted. Not a good feeling, you know.
DW, allowing Multis = rainbows and ponies. People will fall in love with it, it'll draw more members (because people join sites that have more members and are active), and it draws more RP experience and fun. On the bad side, people will abuse it, Ex. ponies are taken from their homes and used for money. See? Abuse. And as a ex-abuser myself, I know what I'm talking about.
Mainly, I made multis because first off, when the other is stuck in a situation and others are slow to RP, you get pissed and are suddenly wishing for another character. Also, I like multis for maximum fun and getting to see the other side of the rainbow, meaning I'm a Jedi yet a thug; I fight thugs, and I fight for my life against Jedi who claim I'm evil. Being on both sides makes it more fun.
