Usually because Willice doesn't go flying off the handle about things. Sure, he says things that I don't agree with (ie restart) but it's his right to have an opinion as it is with you, it's just your delivery is very bad and very rude and gets people in powerful positions turned against you. The PM system exists for a reason. If you have complaints or concerns about people, I will always take them as long as they are POLITE. Now this discussion ends here now.
