Wow, one eligible mistake. And I said it was the second lowest company-grade rank, which is true - although I worded it wrong. I meant It's the second lowest commissioned officer rank. Non-commissioned officers are the high ranks among the recruits.

His Father led the the fleet of surivours from the Empires 3 year siege of Eltreen and taught him everything he knew. the fleet surived for many years on raided empire supplies, and he soon proved himself a capable soldier and leader rising to the rank of lieutenant. but eventually the empire caught up with them in a asteroid field. it was a massacare, empire stormtroopers boarded his fathers ship "Durandal" and gunned him down before they could repel the borders and escape.

Character Name: Daniel Watson

Short Bio: The highest level commander in the Rebellion, Watson is a strong leader who would do anything to see the Empire thrown out of power.
Having grown up on Corellia as a little boy, Watson didn't notice the oppression of the Empire until he was 10 years old. His parents were running a perfectly legal trade run and were on their way back to Corellia when the Empire ambushed the patrol. Claiming it to have contraband, the Empire blasted the transport, destroying it and its occupants.
As Watson got older, the rage began to burn inside of him. When he was 18, he joined the Rebel Alliance, hoping to make difference. He didn't have many skill sets that the Rebellion needed and wasn't expected to last a long time, however he had courage and perseverance. Learning new things such as how to fly starfighters, Watson became one of the more successful pilots of the Rebellion, doing significant damage to the Empire forces.
By the age of 22, Watson had jumped up the ranks and was put in command of a small capital ship. When the fleet he was under was ambushed, the lead ship was destroyed. Taking matters upon himself, Watson regrouped the disoriented rebel fleet, managing to take out two star destroyers in the process. The fleet escaped due to Watson's tactics. After that, he was given command of a full battlefleet and a position as a strategic advisor in the upper ranks of the Rebel Alliance.
When he was 24, the Death Star was destroyed while he was on patrol. His battle fleet returned too late to aid in the battle over Yavin, but helped evacuate the Rebel troops as they began their search for a new base.
After this, the Rebels were completely disoriented and paranoid as they realized the Empire had immeasurable resources at their disposal. Rising to the challenge though, Watson helped reorganize the rebels and plan new strategic events, targeted directly on Empire soil. As Willice came to power in the Empire, Watson was put in command of the Second Command Fleet, essentially making him only answerable to Wade Banna.
